New Chicago street fests

Chicago has some exciting new street festivals in 2025. Here are a few notable additions:

1. Faces of Fitness Festival
   Launched last year in response to pandemic-era gym closures, this wellness-focused event is getting popular. In River North’s Durso Park, it features group Zumba, boxing, yoga, and strength training workouts, along with wellness vendors and community engagement. In 2024, it attracted around 4,000 people!
   
2. Expanded Randolph Street Holiday Market
   Traditionally a winter event, the Randolph Street Market is expanding with more summer editions. These markets feature a mix of vintage vendors, local artisans, and food stalls.
   
3. Strength in the City Festival
   This all-day, community-driven wellness festival transforms the lakefront with fitness and health , and connection. Attendees can look forward to 50+ wellness vendors, 35 local wellness leaders, 10 DJ and artist performances, and a lakefront afterparty featuring dusk dance music (I need to know what that is!).
