The Ashburn delights with gastropub tucked away in Rosemont

Checking out new foodstuffs is always a favorite activity (and if you follow my Instagram, you know it’s true). Loews O’Hare’s The Ashburn is a bright spot where you’d probably least expect it: Tucked inside a hotel. It’s a gastropub with specially-made beers by Two Brothers, locally sourced meats and vegetables and a relaxed foodie vibe. But it’s worth a visit if you’re in Rosemont. Valet parking is just $5 if you sup there, too.
