HOLIDAY TOY DRIVE FOR CARE FOR REAL
Through December 21
Help Edgewater’s food pantry make a difference in the lives of families in our area during our annual toy drive. There are many opportunities to drop off toys in local businesses or at Andersonville holiday events. Last year, Care for Real distributed more than 4,000 toys to over 800 children, helping 350 families have a more joyous holiday season.
Christkindlmarket

We love the market’s ethnic holiday gifts and delicious German fare, plus of course, the boot is back! Have some mulled wine and those selections somehow get much easier.
Randolph Street Holiday Market

LATE NIGHT ANDERSONVILLE
December 4
Andersonville stays up late for the Late Night Andersonville festival! From 6-10pm, stores and restaurants will be offering discounts on distinctive gifts and delectable after-hours meals, plus free refreshments and entertainment.
JULMARKNAD
December 5 & 6
During the yearly Julmarknad festival, the Swedish American Museum features a handicrafts fair with traditional Swedish food and entertainment. In addition, select Andersonville businesses join the fun with FREE music, refreshments and more.
LUCIA FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS
December 13
A candlelit, carol-filled procession down the sidewalks of Clark Street, followed by singing and treats at the Museum. Admission is $1, or a toy or a can of food to benefit Care For Real, Edgewater’s food pantry.
LATE-ER NIGHT ANDERSONVILLE

Are you a procrastinator when it comes to holiday shopping? Then join us for our second night of Late Night Andersonville, just a little “late-er” than usual. From 6-10pm, take advantage of the same discounts from Late Night Andersonville, plus once again enjoy free entertainment and refreshments.
Renegade Craft Fair Holiday

Located in the Bridgeport Art Center, look for handmade gifts, participate in DIY workshops, jam to DJs and eat tasty treats from local vendors.
