World Musical Festival 2015
Twelve days of international music all over Chicago—what better way to spend the waning days of summer than seeing Red Baraat and Ester Rada at Lincoln Hall, or Maarja Nuut at the Cultural Center after work? And even if you’re not familiar with the musicians yet, a night under the stars or listening to international artists isn’t a bad way to spend an evening.
With dozens of global performances, including 12 hours of Indian classical music, you can’t go wrong. All performances are free to the public, but of course, get there early to get a good spot. Check out the complete schedule online, with all shows from September 11-22.
